Sales Executive in Luton
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Salary: £23,900 per annum, rising to £25,500 per annum after a successful 6-month probation period

Responsibilities:
- Engage in cold and warm calling to existing customers.
- Arrange and follow up on meetings for the Business Development Manager.
- Support in chasing quotes and handling quote-related queries.
- Respond to daily customer service inquiries and provide advisory support.
- Create specific quotations using the CRM system, SAP.
- Achieve customer service KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Essential Attributes:
- Positive, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
- Enjoy working as part of a lively and fun team.
- Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A good level of IT literacy and experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Ambitious, self-confident, and keen to progress within the company.
