Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging Early Years lessons and activities
  • Support children’s learning, development, and well-being
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences when required
  • Monitor children’s progress and provide feedback where necessary
  • Work closely with nursery staff, teaching assistants, and parents
  • Follow safeguarding, health, and safety procedures at all times
  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage confidence and independence

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
  • Passion for Early Years education and child development
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Flexible and professional approach to work
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different settings and environments
  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply
