E-Commerce Specialist in Crawley
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced E-Commerce Specialist in Crawley, West Sussex, to join a successful and growing company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially minded individual to take ownership of multiple online platforms and drive digital growth across key channels.
📍 Location: Crawley, West Sussex
💷 Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum + monthly performance-related bonus
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
📌 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online platforms such as Amazon and eBay to achieve sales targets
- Create, maintain and optimise product listings and digital content
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online visibility and revenue
- Monitor website and platform performance and analyse customer data
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive site traffic and conversions
- Set and manage pricing structures across platforms
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis
- Stay updated on E-Commerce trends and best practices
- Handle customer service enquiries through online platforms
Essential Skills & Experience
- Solid understanding of SEO and content management
- Proven experience in E-Commerce and online platform optimisation
- Strong project management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in customer service
