Newstaff Employment is hiring enthusiastic Event Staff in Bletchley to support hospitality and event venues across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. In this flexible role, you could work as Front of House staff, Bar Staff, Kitchen Assistants, Event Support, Cleaners, Litter Pickers, or Hosts. Therefore, this is a great opportunity for friendly and reliable people who enjoy working in busy and exciting environments.
Location: Bletchley / Milton Keynes
Salary: From £12.71 per hour + accrued holiday pay
Job Type: Temporary / Flexible Shifts

Positions Available
- Front of House / Waitstaff
- Kitchen Assistants
- Bar Staff (must be aged 18+ due to insurance purposes)

Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of hospitality and event venues
- Deliver excellent customer service to guests and visitors
- Assist with food and drink service when required
- Help maintain clean and organised work areas
- Follow all venue health and safety procedures
- Work closely with team members during busy events
- Present a professional and friendly attitude at all times
Essential Skills & Experience
- Positive and team-focused attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential
- Well presented and professional appearance
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
- Ability to work in busy and fast-paced environments
Uniform Requirements
- Long-sleeve black or white shirt, depending on the role
- Black trousers (no tracksuit bottoms)
- All-black shoes must be worn at all times
