Newstaff Driving Recruitment Agency is hiring a dependable HGV2 Driver in Bedford for an exciting opportunity with a leading logistics provider operating routes near Aylesbury. This role offers either a temp-to-perm pathway or a direct permanent position, ideal for newly qualified drivers looking to gain experience.
📍 Location: Bedford (delivering in the Aylesbury area)
💷 Salary: £16.00 per hour
⏰ Working Hours: 06:00 AM starts, Monday to Friday
📌 Job Type: Temp-to-Perm or Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
- Start shifts at 06:00 AM
- Deliver barrels and stock to pubs, restaurants, and event venues
- Perform dray work with the help of a driver’s mate
- Provide excellent service at each drop-off
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of goods
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Current CPC and Digital Tacho Card
- Good physical fitness — some heavy lifting involved
- Strong communication and teamworking skills
