Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced HGV2 Driver in Luton to join a well-established logistics company. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a driving role involving multi-drop deliveries in the local area. Initially temporary, this position offers long-term potential for the right candidate.

📍 Location: Luton
💷 Salary: £16.00 per hour (PAYE)
⏰ Working Hours: Start times between 06:00 – 08:00
📌 Job Type: Temporary (with potential for long-term)

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete multi-drop deliveries to local businesses
• Load and unload goods in a safe and timely manner
• Conduct vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness
• Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
• Provide excellent customer service at each drop-off point

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Current CPC and Digital Tacho Card
• Previous multi-drop experience preferred
• Good local geographical knowledge
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
