Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced HGV 2 Flatbed Driver in Hounslow/Heathrow to transport construction materials safely and efficiently across multiple sites.
Location: Hounslow / Heathrow
Salary: £18.00 per hour
Working Hours: 4 on, 4 off rolling shift pattern
Job Type: Full-time / Ongoing

Key Responsibilities
- Drive HGV 2 flatbed vehicles to transport materials to construction sites
- Secure loads correctly using straps and appropriate equipment
- Carry out pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Report any defects or maintenance issues promptly
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle condition
- Work closely with site managers to ensure timely deliveries
- Follow all transport, health, and safety regulations
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
Essential Skills & Experience
- Valid HGV 2 (Class 2) driving licence
- Current CSCS card
- Proven experience driving flatbed vehicles
- Strong knowledge of load securing and safety procedures
- Excellent driving record and road awareness
- Ability to work independently and manage routes efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Flexible and reliable approach to working hours
