Newstaff Employment is looking for an experienced Hybrid Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established 360 recruiter to manage and develop their own driving desk while benefiting from uncapped commission and hybrid working.
Location: Luton (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £27,000 – £31,500 basic + uncapped commission (up to 12%)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within the driving and transport sector
- Build and manage relationships with existing and new clients
- Recruit HGV Class 1, HGV Class 2, Van Drivers and other driving professionals
- Manage temporary and permanent recruitment requirements
- Conduct client visits and business development meetings
- Source, interview and place candidates
- Negotiate rates, terms and margins
- Manage bookings, shift cover and client expectations
- Maintain accurate CRM and compliance records
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven 360 recruitment experience within Driving Recruitment
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Experience managing temporary recruitment desks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence
