Learning Support / Student Support Worker

Location: Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire
Contract: Flexible Supply (with potential for permanent roles)
Pay: £14 to £18 per hour

We are looking for experienced Learning Support / Student Support Worker to support students in Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) and Alternative Education Provisions. This role involves providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils who require additional guidance to engage with learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Support students with EHCPs and SEMH needs
• Help pupils stay engaged and manage behaviour within lessons
• Provide mentoring, encouragement and positive role modelling
• Work alongside teaching staff to maintain a structured learning environment
• Follow safeguarding and behaviour support strategies
