Lettings Negotiator
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a successful independant estate agency based in Beaconsfield.
The Candidate:
- Ideally you must have at least a year’s lettings experience gained in an estate agency.
- A level 3 qualification in lettings or property management is ideal
- Must have strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent customer service and good negotiating skills
- Team player
The Role:
- Liaising with tenants and conducting viewings
- Vetting applicants, referencing and all general admin
- Advising clients and managing the relationship between landlords and tenants
- Maintaining market knowledge
- Building a portfolio of properties and applicants
Must have a full UK driving licence and be able to commute easily to Beaconsfield, Bucks.
Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm and every other Saturday (with a day off in lieu for each Saturday worked)
Basic salary + OTE £30,000 pa to £35,000 pa + Benefits
