Lettings Negotiator
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator on behalf of our client based in Peterborough, Cambs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one years experience in Lettings.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with inbound calls to the office
- Performing daily viewings on available rental properties
- Handling Tenant/Landlord enquiries
- Assisting with administrative duties
- Conducting market appraisals to secure new business for the office
- Conducting property performance reviews
- Liaising with Tenant/Landlord to ensure that the moving process is handled smoothly and expected office service levels are maintained
- Negotiating offers with prospective Tenants
Key Skills:
- Proven experience within an Estate Agency role (Min. 1-year)
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage their own diary
- Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment, working across multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- A team player who adopts a flexible and hard working approach
- Enthusiastic and ambitious, with the eagerness to dive into a busy office
- UK Driving Licence holder with access to their own vehicle
Progression opportunities available!
Monday – Friday 9.00 – 17.30 and 1 in 2 Saturdays (1 days’ holiday in lieu gained when working Saturdays). On-site parking
Salary: Basic £20,000 pa – £22,000 pa + uncapped commission / OTE £28,000 pa -£30,000 pa + monthly incentives/bonuses
