Newstaff Employment is hiring Line Operatives to join a busy manufacturing company in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will support the production process by operating machinery, handling materials, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring products are assembled and packaged correctly. Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £12.95 per hour plus 5% shift premium (£13.60 per hour)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 8:00pm or
- Tuesday to Friday, 8:00am – 8:00pm
Job Type: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production line machinery safely and efficiently
- Assemble, inspect, and package products to company standards
- Handle materials and components throughout the production process
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve production targets
- Report any production issues or equipment faults promptly
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with good timekeeping
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to health and safety procedures
- Flexible approach to working patterns when required
