Line Operatives
Newstaff Employment Services, Milton Keynes are currently recruiting Line Production Operatives to join our client’s busy manufacturing team.
This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable candidates looking for long-term employment.
Duties
- Erecting cardboard cartons and attaching labels
- Carrying out quality inspections on products
- Stacking completed boxes onto pallets
- Moving cartons and bulk bins to and from production machines
- Completing production paperwork accurately
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the production area
- Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Able to read and write English with good numerical skills
- Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
- Come from a industrial back ground

Shift Pattern
- Monday to Sunday on a rotating shift pattern
- 4 days on, 2 days off
Pay
- £12.95 per hour, plus a 20% shift premium for all hours worked
- Equivalent pay rate: £15.54 per hour
