Newstaff Employment is hiring a Line Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing company in Flitwick. In this role, you will support the production line by operating machinery, assembling products, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring production runs smoothly. Therefore, this is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable and hard-working individual looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing.
Location: Flitwick, Bedfordshire
Salary: £12.95 per hour plus 35% shift premium (£17.48 per hour)
Working Days: Wednesday to Saturday
Job Type: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production line machinery safely and efficiently
- Assemble and package products to company specifications
- Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Monitor production processes and report any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve production targets
- Support continuous production flow throughout the shift
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude
- Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
