Newstaff Employment is hiring reliable Line Production Operatives in Milton Keynes to support a busy production facility and help keep the manufacturing process running smoothly and efficiently.

Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £12.71 per hour plus a 5% shift premium for all hours worked, rising to £13.06 per hour
Working Hours: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday
Job Type: Temp to perm

Key Responsibilities

• Erect cardboard cartons and attach labels accurately
• Carry out quality inspections on products
• Stack pallets with completed boxes
• Move cartons and bulk bins to and from the machines
• Complete production sheet paperwork correctly
• Maintain strong housekeeping standards on the production lines and across the factory
• Support the wider team to keep production running safely and efficiently

Essential Skills & Experience

• Be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Be able to read and write in English
• Have good basic numeracy skills
• Be dependable and punctual
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Previous production or factory experience is helpful, although a strong work ethic matters most
