Newstaff Employment is hiring a detail-focused Logistics Administrator in Milton Keynes to coordinate shipping schedules, manage inventory records and support smooth supply chain operations within a fast-paced environment.
Location: Milton Keynes (Centre Location)
Salary: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: To be confirmed

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics and shipping schedules; therefore, goods arrive on time
- Track inventory levels accurately so stock records remain up to date
- Liaise with suppliers and transport providers to resolve issues quickly
- Prepare shipping documentation and customs paperwork when required
- Monitor logistics performance and report on key operational metrics
- Maintain and improve inventory systems to increase efficiency
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers to provide reliable updates
- Support the wider operations team to ensure a smooth workflow
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within logistics, supply chain or administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills when working with suppliers and colleagues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Good IT skills and experience using inventory or logistics systems
- Proactive mindset with a solution-focused approach
