Newstaff Employment is hiring a reliable Machine Operator in Barton Le Clay to operate machinery and support production processes while maintaining high-quality output.
Location: Barton Le Clay
Salary: £13.00 per hour + accrued holiday pay
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 am – 4:30 pm
Job Type: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist with machine setup and changeovers as required
- Carry out quality control checks throughout production
- Maintain accurate production records and report issues promptly
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
- Work with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a machine operator or production operative is preferred
- Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible approach to work and shifts when required
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Understanding of health and safety within a manufacturing environment
