Machine Operator in Dunstable
Pay: £14.00 per hour + accrued holiday pay
Shift Work:
- Days and nights, 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery efficiently and safely in a busy factory setting.
- Collaborate with a small team to ensure smooth production processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Monitor and control machine performance and settings.
- Ensure products meet quality standards through regular inspections.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a machine operator.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
