Newstaff Employment is currently recruiting Meet and Greet Drivers for a busy airport parking and vehicle handling operation at London Luton Airport. This airport driving and customer service role involves greeting passengers, safely parking customer vehicles, and returning vehicles when customers arrive back from their holidays. You will work in a busy airport environment where safe driving, professional communication, and excellent customer service are essential. Day and night shifts are available, with immediate inductions offered.

Location: London Luton Airport, Luton
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Day and night shifts available
Shift Patterns: 6:30 am–6:30 pm or 6:30 pm–6:30 am
Job Type: Airport Meet and Greet Driving
Start Date: Immediate inductions available

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers arriving at Luton Airport.
• Provide a friendly and professional meet and greet service.
• Receive customer vehicles safely.
• Drive and park customer vehicles in designated parking areas.
• Move vehicles carefully around the parking facility.
• Follow designated vehicle parking procedures.
• Return vehicles to customers after their holidays.
• Ensure vehicles are handled safely and responsibly.
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Report any vehicle concerns or incidents promptly.
• Follow site driving rules and speed limits.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Follow company health and safety procedures.

Essential Skills & Experience

• You hold a full UK driving licence.
• A clean driving licence would be preferred.
• You are confident driving and parking different types of vehicles.
• You have a safe and responsible approach to driving.
• You have good communication skills.
• You can provide friendly and professional customer service.
• You are reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• You can work independently and as part of a team.
• You are comfortable working in a busy airport environment.
• You can follow instructions and safety procedures.
• You have a professional and customer-focused attitude.
• You are available for day or night shifts.
• You must be willing to undertake a DBS check following induction.
