Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Are you passionate about motor vehicle mechanics and skilled at inspiring young minds? We’re seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Teacher to join our team and help shape the future of aspiring mechanics.
The Role:
As a Motor Vehicle Teacher, you will deliver engaging, hands-on lessons to children and young people, helping them develop practical skills and technical knowledge in motor vehicle maintenance and repair. You’ll create a supportive and structured learning environment while maintaining high standards of behaviour and participation.
Requirements:
- Teaching experience with children or young people in an educational or vocational setting
- Qualified to Level 2 or above in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or a related subject
- A recognised trade qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, IMI)
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- Passion for your trade and a genuine interest in supporting learners of all abilities
Desirable:
- A teaching or assessing qualification (e.g., PTLLS, AET, DTLLS, CertEd, or equivalent)
- Experience working in an SEN or alternative provision setting
