Newstaff Employment is hiring Night Line Operatives to join a busy manufacturing operation in Flitwick. In this role, you will support the production process by operating machinery, carrying out quality checks, handling materials, and ensuring products are manufactured and packaged to the required standards. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hard-working individuals looking for a stable night shift position with the potential to secure a permanent role.
Location: Flitwick, Bedfordshire
Salary: £15.80 per hour
Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 pm – 8:00 am
Job Type: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production line machinery safely and efficiently
- Assemble, inspect, and package products to company standards
- Carry out quality checks throughout the production process
- Handle materials and stock safely within the production area
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve production targets
- Report any faults, defects, or production issues promptly
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
