Newstaff Employment is hiring a dependable Packer in Bletchley to join a fast-paced team and support daily packing and dispatch operations.
Location: Bletchley
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:40pm
Job Type: Ongoing role with potential for a permanent position

Key Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare products for shipment with accuracy and care
- Work at a bench throughout the shift
- Pack items from pallets efficiently and safely
- Make up boxes ready for packing and dispatch
- Apply labels correctly before items are sent out
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
- Keep the packing area clean, organised, and efficient
- Support the wider team to meet daily targets
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work
- Reliable and committed approach to daily tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills and a supportive attitude
- Positive work ethic and willingness to contribute
- Ability to work in a fast-paced packing role
