Salary: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Flexible shifts Monday to Sunday, with various hours available

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your event role, your duties may include:

• Serve alcoholic and soft drinks to guests.
• Provide professional bar service.
• Serve food during events and hospitality functions.
• Assist guests throughout their visit.
• Complete Front of House duties.
• Support Back of House operations.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Help create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Clear tables and hospitality areas.
• Maintain clean and presentable event spaces.
• Complete cleaning duties when required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Work closely with other event and hospitality staff.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and event managers.
• Follow food hygiene procedures where applicable.
• Follow health and safety procedures.

Essential Skills & Experience

• You are friendly and approachable.
• You are reliable and punctual.
• You have good customer service skills.
• You can work effectively as part of an events team.
• You maintain a professional and well-presented appearance.
• You are comfortable working in busy hospitality environments.
• You are flexible regarding working hours.
• You are available for weekend shifts when required.
• Previous bar experience would be advantageous for Bar Staff roles.
• Previous Front of House or food service experience would be advantageous.
• Previous hospitality experience would be beneficial.
• Previous cleaning experience would be advantageous for Cleaner roles.
• You have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Uniform Requirements

Bar, Front of House and Food Serving Staff:

• White long-sleeve shirt.
• Black trousers.
• All-black footwear.

Cleaners:

• Black long-sleeve shirt.
• Black trousers.
• All-black footwear.
