Newstaff Employment is hiring professional PCV Bus Drivers on behalf of our valued client based in Luton. In this role, you will provide safe, reliable, and professional passenger transport while delivering excellent customer service. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced PCV drivers looking for either a temp-to-perm position or the flexibility of a zero-hour contract.

Location: Luton
Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 per annum
Working Hours: Earlies, Middles, and Lates (full shift flexibility required)
Job Type: Temp to Perm (6 on / 3 off) or Zero-Hour Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Drive PCV buses safely and professionally
• Provide a reliable and punctual passenger transport service
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout every journey
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks before each shift
• Follow planned routes and company procedures
• Complete all required driving documentation accurately
• Maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times
• Follow all road transport, health and safety, and company policies

Essential Skills & Experience

• Valid PCV (Category D) driving licence
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Smart appearance and excellent presentation
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible attitude
• Ability to work a variety of shift patterns, including earlies, middles, and lates
• Willingness to complete a basic Highway Code Q&A assessment
• Willingness to complete a driving assessment with the client
