Key Responsibilities
- Prepare materials or ingredients to support daily production
- Organise supplies to keep the prep area efficient and ready
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Support colleagues with additional tasks to meet deadlines
- Follow health and safety procedures consistently
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages quickly
- Identify equipment issues and inform supervisors without delay
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or preparation role (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
- Good understanding of workplace safety standards
- Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
