Production Operative – Welwyn Garden City
Newstaff Employment Services is seeking a motivated Production Operative to join our team in Welwyn Garden City. This role is vital in ensuring smooth and efficient production processes, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment safely and accurately following company procedures.
- Assemble products to the required standard.
- Perform regular quality inspections to ensure product specifications are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Report any production issues or equipment faults promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is advantageous.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focused.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Benefits
- Temp-to-perm opportunity £14 per hour with a pay increase after 3 months
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm
