QA Tester

Newstaff Employment Services is on the lookout for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through rigorous testing and analysis. You will work closely with developers and project managers to identify issues, verify fixes, and ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality before release.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle using appropriate tools.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand features and identify potential issues early in the development process.
• Participate in code reviews and provide input on testability and quality root cause analysis.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Participate in sprint planning and strategy sessions, contributing to the overall product quality initiatives.
