Reach and Counterbalance Driver in Hitchin
Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour + accrued holiday pay
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Overview:
Your primary responsibilities will include unloading deliveries using the counterbalance and loading goods/stock onto racking.
Responsibilities:
- Operate reach and counterbalance forklifts to unload deliveries and load goods/stock onto racking.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as required, such as picking orders and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Reach and Counterbalance Driver preferred.
- Valid Reach and Counterbalance licenses with refreshment within the past three years.
- Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to team success.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions and maintain inventory records.
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy objects.
