Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Reach Truck Driver D2 in Hemel Hempstead to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will safely operate reach trucks to move, organise, and store stock efficiently. Therefore, this is a great opportunity for someone with strong warehouse experience who is looking for ongoing work and competitive pay.
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £16.00 per hour and above (depending on experience)
Job Type: Temporary to Ongoing

Key Responsibilities
- Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently within the warehouse
- Load, unload, and move stock to the correct storage locations
- Stack and store goods accurately, following company procedures
- Carry out daily vehicle and equipment safety checks
- Report any stock damage, faults, or discrepancies quickly
- Follow all warehouse health and safety procedures at all times
- Work closely with warehouse staff to meet daily targets and deadlines
Essential Skills & Experience
- A valid D2 Reach Truck licence is essential
- Previous experience as a Reach Truck Driver within a warehouse environment
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude
