Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Night Reach Truck Driver in Hemel Hempstead to operate reach trucks safely and support efficient warehouse operations during night shifts.
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: From £16.00 per hour + accrued holiday pay
Working Hours: Night shifts (hours to be confirmed)
Job Type: Temporary / Ongoing

Key Responsibilities
- Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently during night shifts
- Move, stack, and organise stock within the warehouse
- Load and unload goods while ensuring safe handling
- Maintain accurate stock movement records and report discrepancies
- Carry out routine equipment checks and report faults promptly
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
- Work with the warehouse team to meet operational targets
Essential Skills & Experience
- Valid reach truck licence (D2 / 11-metre licence preferred)
- Proven experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse environment
- Previous night shift experience is advantageous
- Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during night hours
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
