Retail Assistant – Luton Airport

Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Retail Assistant at Luton Airport to join a dynamic retail team based at Luton Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced airport environment, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day shop operations.

📍 Location: Luton
💷 Salary: £12.21 per hour + accrued holiday pay
⏰ Working Hours: Rotating shifts (4 am–1 pm and 1 pm–10 pm)
📌 Job Type: Full-time, ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all shoppers
• Assist customers with purchases and queries
• Maintain a clean and well-organised retail environment
• Operate tills and handle transactions accurately
• Restock shelves and ensure displays are tidy and appealing

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working early morning and late shifts on a rotating schedule
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
• Must be able to travel to Luton Airport safely via public transport
• Please note: no parking is available on-site
