Newstaff Employment is hiring Retail Assistants at Luton Airport to join a busy and customer-focused retail team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, support daily store operations, and help create a positive shopping experience for airport travellers. Location: Luton Airport
Salary: £12.71 per hour plus accrued holiday pay
Working Hours: Flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Job Type: Temporary to Ongoing

Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate tills and process transactions accurately
- Replenish stock and keep shelves well organised
- Provide product information and assist customers with enquiries
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
- Ensure the retail area remains clean, tidy, and presentable
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Support the team in achieving sales and service targets
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable and customer-focused approach
