Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Sales Negotiator / Valuer on behalf of our client in Chesham. In this role, you will manage the sales process from initial property valuations and listings through to negotiating offers and progressing sales. Salary: Basic salary negotiable
OTE: £40,000 – £46,000 per annum plus benefits
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out property valuations and market appraisals
- List and market new properties effectively
- Prepare property details and advertising materials
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Progress sales and maintain regular communication with clients
- Maintain accurate property records and update management systems
- Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and colleagues
- Support the sales team in achieving branch targets
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Valuer, or Lister within estate agency or property sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and client requirements
- Knowledge of the local property market would be advantageous
- Experience using property management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
