Sales Negotiator – North London

Newstaff Employment is recruiting an experienced Sales Negotiator on behalf of our client in North London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic estate agency where you will manage property sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to continued business growth.

Location: North London
Salary: Negotiable basic salary + On Target Earnings (OTE) of £55,000 – £70,000 per annum, plus benefits
Working Hours: Full-time
Job Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential property sales from initial valuation through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and clients.
• Carry out property valuations and market appraisals.
• Prepare property listings and marketing materials.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to wider team objectives.
• Support and mentor junior Sales Negotiators when required.

Essential Skills & Experience

• You have previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within the estate agency sector.
• You demonstrate excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• You communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing.
• You work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• You are organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• You have a good understanding of the North London property market.
• You are confident using property management software and Microsoft Office.
• You provide a professional, customer-focused service at all times.
