Job Title: SEN Teacher – Daily Supply Cover
Location: Various Schools across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire
Contract: Supply / Temporary / On-Call
Salary: Competitive daily rates, depending on experience

The Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic, experienced SEN teachers to join our supply team. You will provide day-to-day cover in a variety of school settings, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is an excellent opportunity to gain diverse experience, work flexibly, and make a real difference to young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, tailored lessons and support for pupils with SEN

• Manage classroom behaviour and support individual learning plans

• Work closely with school staff and SENCOs to maintain continuity

• Adapt quickly to different school environments and pupil needs

• Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils in your care

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience working with pupils with SEND

• Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, legislation, and best practice

• Flexibility to work across multiple schools at short notice

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Enhanced DBS clearance (or willing to obtain)
