Contract: Daily Supply / Casual Work

The Role:
We are looking for dedicated and flexible SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supply team. You will provide vital in-class support to pupils with a range of additional needs, working closely with teachers and SENCOs to help deliver tailored learning experiences and promote independence.
Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils with SEN in classroom and small group settings

Implement personalised learning and behaviour plans

Assist with social, emotional, and physical development

Help prepare and adapt learning materials

Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
Who We’re Looking For:
-
Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role

Understanding of a range of SEN needs (e.g., autism, ADHD, learning difficulties)

Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills

Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one before starting
