Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator on behalf of our client in North London. In this role, you will manage property sales from valuation through to completion while building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Therefore, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional looking to join a successful and growing estate agency with strong earning potential.

Salary: Basic salary negotiable
OTE: £55,000 – £70,000 per annum plus benefits
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Manage property sales from initial valuation through to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and prospective clients
- Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
- Prepare property details and marketing materials
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers and progress sales through to exchange and completion
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other property professionals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives
- Support and mentor junior negotiators where required
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous senior-level experience as a Sales Negotiator within the estate agency sector
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of the North London property market
- Ability to manage multiple sales and clients simultaneously
- Experience using property management software and Microsoft Office
- Organised, proactive, and self-motivated approach
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
