Salary: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience and assignment)

Key Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning, development, and well-being within Early Years settings
• Assist with daily activities and learning programmes
• Encourage children’s social, emotional, and educational development
• Support children during play, learning, and mealtimes
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
• Work closely with nursery staff and Early Years practitioners
• Observe and report on children’s progress where required
• Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures at all times

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working with young children is desirable
• Nursery, childcare, or Early Years experience is advantageous
• Caring, patient, and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, professional, and proactive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Passion for supporting children’s development and learning
• Flexible approach to working in different settings
