Pay: £140.00-£220.00 per day + accrued holiday pay
Location: Leighton Buzzard and surrounding areas

Working Hours: Flexible, part-time or full-time hours, with daily, short-term, and long-term contracts available
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cover for absent teachers across various subjects and grade levels.
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the needs of students.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student success.
- Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a smooth transition for students in the absence of their regular teacher.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks, including lesson planning and student progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience working as a teacher in a school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability to cover assignments on short notice.
