Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Teaching Assistant in Leighton Buzzard to support classroom learning and provide one-to-one and small group support to students across local schools.

Location: Leighton Buzzard
Salary: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour
Working Hours: Flexible (various days and shifts available)
Job Type: Temporary / Flexible

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers with planning and delivering lessons
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
• Help maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Prepare and organise learning materials and resources
• Monitor student progress and report feedback to teaching staff
• Support students with additional needs where required

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is beneficial
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach
• Ability to work well within a team
• Flexible and adaptable to different classroom settings
