Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced Teaching Assistant in Leighton Buzzard to support classroom learning and provide one-to-one and small group support to students across local schools.
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Salary: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour
Working Hours: Flexible (various days and shifts available)
Job Type: Temporary / Flexible

Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers with planning and delivering lessons
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
- Help maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Prepare and organise learning materials and resources
- Monitor student progress and report feedback to teaching staff
- Support students with additional needs where required
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach
- Ability to work well within a team
- Flexible and adaptable to different classroom settings
