Newstaff Employment is hiring dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants in Milton Keynes to support primary school pupils, where you will work closely with teachers to create a positive learning environment and help children overcome academic challenges.

Salary: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers when planning and delivering engaging lessons; therefore, pupils stay focused and motivated
- Provide one-to-one and small group support so students can meet their learning targets
- Assist during classroom activities and adapt tasks to suit individual needs
- Manage classroom behaviour proactively to maintain a safe and supportive setting
- Prepare and organise classroom resources to keep lessons running smoothly
- Monitor pupil progress and share clear feedback with teaching staff
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued
- Attend school events and meetings when required to support the wider school community
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and supportive approach to learning
- Ability to work collaboratively within a teaching team
- Reliable and adaptable attitude
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
