Newstaff Employment is hiring enthusiastic Teaching Assistants in Milton Keynes to support teachers, enhance student learning, and make a positive difference in local schools.

Location: Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard & Dunstable
Salary: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour
Working Hours: Flexible hours and days to suit your availability
Job Type: Temporary / Short-Term / Long-Term

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and delivery of learning materials
• Provide one-to-one support to students, including those with special educational needs
• Help maintain a positive classroom environment through effective behaviour management
• Support teachers in monitoring student progress and providing feedback
• Engage students in classroom activities and encourage learning
• Supervise pupils during lunch, break times, and other non-classroom activities
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in education or childcare is preferred
• Relevant qualification in education, childcare, or a similar field is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for supporting children and young people
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Flexible, positive, and adaptable attitude
• Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
