Salary: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in preparing and delivering engaging classroom activities.
- Provide one-to-one support for students with additional needs or learning difficulties.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment.
- Encourage students to stay focused, motivated, and involved in lessons.
- Give feedback to teachers on student progress and any challenges.
- Prepare lesson resources and classroom materials.
- Supervise pupils during break times and school activities.
- Promote inclusion, confidence, and positive behaviour across the school day.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working with children or within an educational setting.
- Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Patient, caring, and supportive approach.
- Proactive attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Genuine interest in child development and education.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet changing classroom needs.
