These flexible opportunities are ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants, SEN Support Staff, and individuals looking to begin a career in education. Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Salary: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience and assignment)
Working Hours: Flexible

Key Responsibilities

  • Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
  • Assist pupils with their learning and development
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
  • Support pupils with additional learning needs and SEN requirements
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Encourage pupil engagement and participation
  • Support classroom behaviour management strategies
  • Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
  • Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or SEN experience is advantageous
  • Positive and caring approach to supporting pupils
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, professional, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Passion for education and helping children achieve their potential
