Newstaff Employment is hiring a dependable Van Driver in Luton to deliver appliances safely while progressing from a 2-man crew to independent driving routes.
Location: Luton
Salary: £13.00 per hour rising to £14.00 per hour after probation
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 05:30 am start, minimum 8 hours per day
Job Type: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver appliances to customers in a safe and timely manner
- Work as part of a 2-man crew during the initial period
- Progress to completing solo delivery routes after probation
- Load and unload goods with care and attention
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately
- Provide excellent customer service at every delivery point
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Essential Skills & Experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Good level of physical fitness due to manual handling
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work both within a team and independently
- Previous delivery driving experience is beneficial
