Test Engineer

Newstaff Employment Services is searching for a talented and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing test processes to ensure the quality and functionality of our products.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering principles, hands-on testing experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products. This position will require strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop detailed test plans and test cases based on product specifications and requirements.
• Execute tests to validate product performance and conformance to specifications.
• Analyze test results, document findings, and report issues to development teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis for failures and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues.
• Maintain test equipment and ensure it is calibrated and validated according to standards.
• Provide input on design improvements based on testing observations.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to the overall product development process.
