Newstaff Employment is hiring a Van Driver in Milton Keynes to support a growing home-delivery company, delivering furniture safely and providing excellent customer service.
Location: Milton Keynes (Kingston)
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, start times between 4:00 am and 6:00 am, finish around 4:30 pm (flexibility required)
Job Type: Permanent, full-time, office/field-based

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver furniture and goods to customers’ homes and business premises
- Contact customers ahead of delivery to confirm arrival times
- Safely unload and unpack items at delivery locations
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately and on time
- Work as part of a two-person crew to ensure efficient deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service at every stage of the delivery process
- Offload vehicles at the end of the day and prepare for the next day’s route
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in home delivery or a similar driving role is essential
- Strong customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Full UK driving licence with no DR or IN endorsements
- Must be aged 25 or over for insurance purposes
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Clear and confident communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work flexibly with early starts and variable finish times
