Van Driver/ Warehouse Enfield

Newstaff Employment Services are recruiting on behalf of our client Based in Enfield for a Van Driver/Warehouse to join their team. This versatile role combines driving duties with warehouse operations, providing a dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for safe and timely deliveries, as well as assisting with warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Drive company van to deliver and collect goods in a safe and timely manner.
• Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles at the warehouse and delivery locations.
• Carry out warehouse duties including picking, packing, and stock management.
• Ensure accurate completion of delivery paperwork and inventory records.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment within the warehouse.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving license.
• Previous experience in driving and warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to physically handle loading and unloading tasks.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as required.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.

Benefits

Additional Information:

• Monday to Friday shifts
• £13.50 per hour for all hours worked.
• The start time may vary, so flexibility is required.
