Warehouse Counterbalance Driver – Luton
Newstaff Employment is hiring a Warehouse Counterbalance Driver in Luton to join a busy warehouse team. In this role, you will operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently while supporting daily warehouse operations. In addition, you will assist with stock movement, loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties. Therefore, this is a great opportunity for an experienced FLT Driver looking for a stable role within a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours: TBC
Salary: £14.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Load and unload vehicles in line with warehouse procedures
- Move stock to designated warehouse locations
- Assist with picking, packing, and stock control duties when required
- Carry out daily FLT safety checks and report any faults
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Follow all warehouse health and safety procedures
- Work closely with colleagues to meet daily targets and deadlines
Essential Skills & Experience
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence
- Previous Counterbalance FLT experience within a warehouse environment
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and health and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and hard-working attitude
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties when required
