Newstaff Employment is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire. This warehouse role involves picking and packing customer orders, preparing goods for dispatch, loading and unloading deliveries, and organising stock. Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous, although reliable and hardworking candidates without experience are also encouraged to apply. The position offers ongoing warehouse work with an immediate start and the potential to secure permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and delivery.
• Load and unload stock from delivery vehicles.
• Receive and organise incoming warehouse stock.
• Move products safely around the warehouse.
• Check orders for accuracy before dispatch.
• Handle goods carefully to prevent damage.
• Store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with general warehouse operations.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
• Complete manual handling duties when required.
• Follow warehouse instructions and procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet daily warehouse targets.
• Follow company health and safety procedures.
• Support other warehouse team members when required.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• You have good attention to detail.
• You can pick and pack orders accurately.
• You are comfortable completing practical, hands-on work.
• You can work in a busy warehouse environment.
• You are comfortable with manual handling duties.
• You can follow written and verbal instructions.
• You are reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• You have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• You can work independently when required.
• You work well as part of a warehouse team.
• You are organised and willing to learn new skills.
• You are available for an immediate start.
