Newstaff Employment is hiring a reliable Warehouse Operative in Aylesbury to support busy warehouse operations, including picking, packing, loading, and preparing vehicles for next-day deliveries.
Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £14.50 per hour for the first 3 months, increasing to £34,000 per annum + profit share (including shift allowance)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm – 1:00 am, 40 hours per week
Job Type: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities
- Complete general warehouse duties to support daily operations
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
- Prepare lorries for the next morning’s dispatch
- Use hand scanners to manage stock movements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Support the team to meet deadlines and targets
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial
- Experience with picking, packing, loading, and unloading
- Confident using hand scanners
- FLT Reach licence is an advantage, but not essential
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work evening shifts and as part of a team
